LAWS OF MARYLAND

2. This license permits the sale of beer,
wine and liquor for on-premises consumption and the sale of beer
for off-premises consumption on any day of the week.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1989.

AN ACT concerning

Harford County - Court Library - Funding

FOR the purpose of clarifying that in Harford County the local
governing body shall appropriate a certain sum, and may
appropriate any additional sum, for the support and
maintenance of the Circuit Court Library; and clarifying
certain language.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 38 - Fines and Forfeitures

(a) One half of the fines imposed and recognizances
forfeited to the circuit court for the several counties of the
State shall be paid to the clerks of the respective courts, to be
