AN ACT concerning

Capital Debt Affordability Committee

FOR the purpose of altering the type of debt that the Capital
Debt Affordability Committee should review; altering the
membership of the Committee; changing the due date of the
Committee's report; expanding the factors to be considered
by the Committee when making its estimate; altering the date
that the Governor shall make certain preliminary
determinations; making the removal of a certain Secretary
from the Committee contingent on the passage of another Act;
and generally relating to the Capital Debt Affordability
Committee.
