8-512.

An individual may not provide hearing aid services while
knowingly having a contagious or infectious disease THAT PRESENTS
A HAZARD TO A CUSTOMER.

8-519.

(a) A person is guilty of a misdemeanor if the person:

(3) [provides hearing aid services to an individual
who has not had a medical examination within 6 months or signed a
written waiver of the medical examination, as required under]
FAILS TO COMPLY WITH § 8-401 of this title; or

8-602.

Subject to the evaluation and reestablishment provisions of
the MARYLAND Program Evaluation Act, this title and all
regulations adopted under this title shall terminate and be of no
effect after July 1, 1994.

9-103.

This title does not limit the right of:

(5)  an individual who is licensed to practice
architecture under Title 3 of this [title] ARTICLE to practice
architecture or to perform landscape architecture services
incidentally to practicing architecture;

(6)  an employee of an individual licensed as an
architect under Title 3 of this [title] ARTICLE to perform
landscape architecture services under the supervision of the
architect and incidentally to practicing architecture;

10-206.

(a)  Except as otherwise provided [in this title] BY LAW,
before an individual may practice law in the State, the
individual shall:

(1)  be admitted to the Bar; and

(2)  meet any requirement that the Court of Appeals
may set by rule.

11-501.

(b)  Subsection (a) of this section does not apply to a
vessel:
