Ch. 220 LAWS OF MARYLAND (1) THE SITE ACQUISITION AND CONSTRUCTION COSTS AS (2) THE PURCHASE OF AN EXISTING BUILDING TO PROVIDE A (3) MODIFICATIONS TO A BUILDING PURCHASED WITH A (4) CLOSING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE CONSTRUCTION OR (5) ENGINEERING, LEGAL, TITLE, SURVEY, OR (6) OTHER DEVELOPMENT COSTS DEEMED REASONABLE BY THE (E) IF A LOAN IS IN DEFAULT, THE DEPARTMENT MAY MODIFY THE 2-706. IN APPROVING APPLICATIONS FOR LOANS THE DEPARTMENT SHALL (1) THE ECONOMIC FEASIBILITY OF THE GROUP HOME; AND (2) THE GROUP HOME SPONSOR'S CAPABILITY TO MANAGE THE 2-707, THE DEPARTMENT MAY ESTABLISH: (1) STANDARDS OF ELIGIBILITY FOR GROUP HOME SPONSORS; (2) LOAN FEES AND CHARGES; (3) MAXIMUM AMOUNTS WHICH MAY BE LOANED FOR GROUP (4) A PROCESS FOR SELECTING GROUP HOMES TO BE 2-708. - 2148 -
