THE APPLICANT SHALL BE AT LEAST 17 YEARS OLD. (C) EDUCATION. THE APPLICANT SHALL HAVE COMPLETED SUCCESSFULLY AN 8TH GRADE (D) EXPERIENCE OR TRAINING. (1) EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED IN THIS SUBSECTION, (I) SERVING AS A REGISTERED APPRENTICE FOR AT (II) SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETING THE REQUIRED 1. HOLDS A SCHOOL PERMIT IN THIS STATE; 2. HOLDS A PERMIT ISSUED BY ANOTHER (2) IF AN APPLICANT IS LICENSED TO PRACTICE (3) IF AN APPLICANT IS A JOURNEY BARBER OR MASTER (I) CREDIT THE APPLICANT WITH HAVING MET ONE (II) DETERMINE THE MANNER IN WHICH THE CREDIT - 213 -
