in this paragraph shall not be exercised nor applicable to the
acquisition of any site for the establishment or construction of
the [market or the park] PROJECTS, nor shall the [market or the
park] PROJECTS be established or constructed unless the site
therefor shall have been first approved, in the case of the City
of Baltimore, by the board of estimates, or in the case of any
other political subdivision (within the Greater Baltimore Region
or Worcester County], the county commissioners or county
executive as the case may be;

(8) Assist wholesale food dealers and tenants who
wish to LOCATE OR relocate their operations [to the market or who
wish to locate their operations in the market or the park] IN A
PROJECT. In furtherance of such power, the Authority may
acquire, by negotiation and purchase, the land, buildings,
structures, facilities, equipment, leases, or any interest
therein, and may pay all or a part of reasonable moving expenses
for personal property necessary to be moved in the relocation or
location of those dealers and tenants who, in the best judgment
of the Authority, afford the greatest opportunity of success for
[the market or the park] A PROJECT, and which expenses of
acquisition, location, or relocation the Authority, in the
responsible exercise of its discretion, believes it has the most
favorable opportunity of regaining;

The political subdivisions of the State in which [the market
and the park are] A PROJECT IS located may vacate any or all
streets, alleys, or other public places required to assure proper
operation of the [market and the park] PROJECT and the full and
complete utilization of [their] ITS facilities, and may grant to
the Authority the exclusive right to use the vacated streets,
alleys, or other public places for the purpose of the [market or
the park] PROJECT, subject to such terms and conditions and in
such manner as the political subdivisions and the Authority may
lawfully agree upon.

13-109.

The State or any of its political subdivisions in which [the
market and the park are] A PROJECT IS located may provide for
cleaning the [market and the park] PROJECT and for the removal
and disposition of refuse from any areas of the [market and the
park] PROJECT, subject to such terms and conditions and in such
manner as the Authority and the State or the political
subdivisions may lawfully agree upon.

13-110.

(h) After all principal of and interest on all revenue
bonds issued under the authority of § 13-111 of this subtitle
shall have been paid in full, and [market and park] PROJECT
