Section 16-307, 16-312(g), 16-313(i), and 16-314(d)

(As enacted by Chapter ____ (S.B. 1) of the

Acts of the General Assembly of 1989)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 56A - Miscellaneous Business Occupations

4-307.

An applicant for a license shall:

(1)  submit an application to the Commission on the
form that the Commission provides;

(2)  if a testing service was used to administer the
examination, submit to the Commission a copy of the examination
results of the applicant;

(3)  pay into the Guaranty Fund any fee required under
§ 4-403 of this title;

(4)  pay to the Commission an application fee of:

(i) [$80] $100 $95 for a real estate broker
license;

(ii) [$50] $70 $65 for an associate real estate
broker license; or

(iii) [$30] $50 $45 for a real estate
salesperson license;

(5)  if the applicant is applying for a real estate
broker license, have submitted to the Commission, by a credit
