SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 22 - Washington County

6-301.

(a) (1) The powers of the District shall be exercised by
the Commission, which is composed of the following members:

[(i) One resident from each service area
appointed by the county; and

(ii) As many at-large members, appointed by the
county, as is necessary to establish a Commission of 5 members.]

(I)  ONE AT-LARGE MEMBER; AND

(II)  ONE MEMBER FROM EACH OF THE FOLLOWING
SERVICE AREAS:
