take effect July 1, 1989.

Commission on Aging

FOR the purpose of altering the powers of the Commission on
Aging; clarifying the role of the Commission; repealing the
requirement that the Director on Aging obtain prior approval
of the Commission in certain circumstances; and generally
relating to the Commission on Aging.
