(Senate Bill 823)

AN ACT concerning

State Board of Environmental Sanitarian Registration

FOR the purpose of changing the name of the State Board of
Environmental Sanitarian Registration; changing the process
of appeal of a decision by the Board; changing the
termination date of the Environmental Sanitarians Title of
the Environment Article; making certain conforming changes
in the Code; and providing for the effect of this Act on any
change in nomenclature.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Section 1-406, ll-101(b), 11-201 to be under the amended

subtitle "Subtitle 2. State Board of Environmental

Sanitarian", 11-314, and 11-502
