management, or enforcement programs for injured, killed, or
destroyed wildlife or protected species of animal.

10-1108.

(a)  In addition to any other penalty, a court may suspend
the hunting license of any person who is convicted of violating
any provision of this title or any regulation adopted under this
title, for a period not exceeding 5 years.

(b)  If a person whose hunting license is suspended under
this section passes another hunting safety course after the
suspension has expired, the person may reapply for and be issued
a hunting license.

(c)  A person whose hunting license is suspended under this
section may not:

(1)  Hunt on any lands where a hunting license is
required; or

(2)  Purchase or attempt to purchase another hunting
license during the period of suspension.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1989.

(Senate Bill 496)

AN ACT concerning

Creation of a State Debt - Central Maryland
Chapter, American National Red Cross

FOR the purpose of authorizing the creation of a State Debt in
the amount of $1,000,000 the proceeds to be used as a grant
to the Central Maryland Chapter, American National Red Cross
for the planning, design, construction, and equipping of
facilities for the Blood Services, Chesapeake Region,
Central Maryland Chapter, American National Red Cross,
subject to the requirement that the Central Maryland
Chapter, American National Red Cross provide at least an
equal and matching fund of a certain kind, for the same
purpose by a certain date; and providing generally for the
issue and sale of bonds evidencing the loan.
