Commissioners; altering the salary of the orphans' court
judges in Carroll County; altering the salary of the Sheriff
of Carroll County; providing that this Act does not apply to
the salary or compensation of the incumbent county
commissioners, orphans' court judges, or Sheriff of Carroll
County; clarifying language; and generally relating to
certain officials for Carroll County.
