ADDITION, EACH MEMBER of the board of county commissioners [shall

expenses incurred in the performance of [their] THE duties OF THE
MEMBER as may be provided in the annual county budget.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That, pursuant to
Article III, Section 35 of the Constitution of Maryland, this Act
may not be construed to extend or apply to the salary or
compensation of a Frederick County Commissioner in office on the
effective date of this Act, but the provisions of this Act
concerning the salary or compensation of the Frederick County
Commissioners shall take effect at the beginning of the next
following term of office.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1989.

AN ACT concerning

Calvert County - Circuit Court - Appearance Fees

FOR the purpose of requiring the clerk of the Circuit Court of
Calvert County to deposit appearance fees into a certain
account for the use of the Calvert County Library; and
specifying the purposes for which the money may be used.

BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments,
