AN ACT concerning

Land Surveyors - Hearings

FOR the purpose of clarifying the requirement that the Board of
Registration for Professional Land Surveyors must schedule a
hearing within a certain period after bringing charges
against a registrant; and generally relating to regulation
of the practice of land surveying.
