to provide funds for several
alcohol and drug abuse
initiatives such as student
assistance programs, methadone
maintenance slots, high risk
intensive evaluation of mental
health addiction of children,
street outreach AIDS prevention,
non-hospital detoxification
centers, family support programs
and private non-profit provider
salary parity for employees.
