AMENDMENTS TO SENATE BILL 320/HOUSE BILL 350
(First Reading File Bill)

Amendment No. 1:

On page 4, in line 3, strike the numerals "80,000,000" and
substitute "78,500,000" and on line 4, strike the numerals
"252,201,179" and substitute "250,701,179".

Amendment No. 2:

On page 17, strike lines 6 through 8 in their entirety.
Amendment No. 3:

On page 23, strike lines 8 through 12 in their entirety.

Amendment No. 4:

On page 24, strike lines 40 through 45 in their entirety and
on page 25 strike lines 1 through 8 in their entirety.

Amendment No. 5:

On page 26, beginning in line 43 and ending in line 44,
strike "Chesapeake Bay Revolving Loan Fund" and substitute
"Maryland Water Quality Revolving Loan Fund".

Amendment No. 6:

On page 28, in line 6, add the words "or Senate Bill 34"
after the numerals "127".

Amendment No. 7:

On page 39, strike lines 17 and 18 in their entirety and
