AMENDMENTS TO HOUSE BILL 350/SENATE BILL 320

Amendment No. 1:

On page 17, beginning in line 20 and ending in line 21,
strike "Design and prepare detailed plans and specifications" and
substitute "Provide funds".

Amendment No. 2:

On page 20, in line 11, strike "kitchen" and substitute
"kitchens", and in line 16, strike "597" and substitute "542".

Amendment No. 3:

On page 21, in line 28, strike "Allegany County" and
substitute "Wiley Ford, West Virginia".

Amendment No. 4:

On page 37, in line 12, strike "legislation" and substitute
"House Bill 99".

Amendment No. 5:

On page 45, beginning in line 26, add "Funds are
appropriated in various State agency budgets to pay for services
provided by this program. Authorization is hereby granted to use
these receipts as special funds for operating expenses in this
program.".

Amendment No. 6:

On page 75, beginning in line 12, add "Potomac Center,".

Amendment No. 7:

On page 76, in line 9, add the word "ADMINISTRATION"
following the word "SURVEILLANCE".

Amendment No. 8:

On page 78, strike line 5 in its entirety and substitute
"ALCOHOL AND DRUG ABUSE ADMINISTRATION".
