Funds are appropriated in various
State agency budgets to pay for
services provided by this
program. Authorization is hereby
granted to use these receipts as
special funds for operating
expenses in this program.
SALARY REVIEW
26.01.07.01 Salary Adjustments
General Fund Appropriation.........
Notwithstanding the provisions of
any other law, the General Fund
appropriation herein authorized
may be transferred by approved
budget amendment to the various
salary, wage, and fringe benefit
accounts of the departments,
agencies, boards and commissions
of the Executive branch of State
Government, for the purpose of
implementing pay plan adjustments
for State employees, including
those positions set out under the
State Finance and Procurement
Article, Section 7-109, as
recommended by the Secretary of
Personnel pursuant to Section 27
of Article 64A. This
appropriation shall only be
expended to implement adjustments
to the pay plan and shall not be
transferred to any department,
agency, board or commission of
the Executive Branch of State
government for any other purpose
such as funding a shortfall in
salary and wages.
From Special and Federal Funds, for
payments required as a result of
pay plan adjustments and for
increased costs for Social
Security and Retirement
contributions resulting therefrom
pursuant to Section 27 of Article
64A, authorization is hereby
