General Fund Appropriation,
provided that this appropriation,

made for the purpose of

additional judgeships and

judicial support positions, is
contingent on enactment of S.B.
53 or H.B. 91.

Further provided that $250,000 of
this appropriation, made for the
purpose of employment of retired

judges in the pre-trial

settlement program may be

expended for that purpose only
and may not be transferred by
budget amendment, object transfer
or otherwise to any other

purpose. Any excess funds

remaining on June 30, 1990 shall
revert to the general fund.......
