certain fiscal year; providing for the termination of a
portion of this Act; providing for the application and
effective date dates of this Act; requiring the Department
of Fiscal Services to study and report to the General
Assembly on the feasibility of expanding the property tax
relief program for renters; and generally relating to
Maryland income taxes and the homeowners' and renters'
property tax credit programs.
