motor vehicle or any certificate of title for any motor vehicle
on Sunday.

(2)  Any dealer who violates any provision of this
subsection is guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, is
subject to a fine not exceeding $10,000.

(3)  This subsection does not apply:

(i) In Montgomery and Prince George's Counties;
and

(ii) In Anne Arundel County, to dealers of new
or used camping trailers, mobile homes, or travel trailers as
those vehicles are defined under Title 11 of the Transportation
Article of the Code.

(e)  The provisions of this section do not apply to the laws
pertaining to alcoholic beverages sales on Sunday or to the
service of process on Sunday.

(f)  The provisions of this section do not apply in Wicomico
[and Allegany Counties] COUNTY.

[517.

Nothing contained in § 492 of this article, however, shall
be construed as prohibiting, penalizing or making unlawful the
operation of any bowling alley, tenpin alley or duckpin alley in
Allegany County on Sunday, with or without a charge or fee.]

521.

(a) This section only applies in Wicomico [and Allegany
counties] COUNTY. A person [in these counties] may not sell,
dispose of, barter, or deal in, or give away any articles of
merchandise on Sunday, except retailers, who may sell and deliver
on [said] THE day tobacco, cigars, cigarettes, candy, sodas and
soft drinks, ice, ice cream, ices and other confectionery, milk,
bread, fruits, vegetables, gasoline, gasohol, oils and greases.

[(d) In Allegany County this section shall not apply to or
prohibit retail sales on any Sunday by:

(1) Food stores, drugstores, bakery or baked goods
stores, newsstands, selling and/or delivering newspapers and
periodicals, gasoline service stations, nurseries or shops
selling flowers and plants, or roadside vending stands selling
fruits, vegetables, or plants and flowers; provided that, for the
entire time during which any such retail establishment is open on
any Sunday, not more than four persons, including any owner,
manager, assistant manager, or delivery personnel, are employed
by the retail establishment or working therein, regardless of the
