(a) (6) "Qualified property" means real property that is:

(i) not used for residential purposes;

(ii) used in a trade or business by a business
entity that meets the requirements of Article [41A] 83A, § 5-304
of the Code; and

(iii) located in an enterprise zone that is
designated under Article [41A] 83A, § 5-302 of the Code.

9-104.

(e) (1) The Comptroller shall [include] INCLUDE, in each
package of income tax forms and [instructions] INSTRUCTIONS,
notice of the availability of a property tax credit under this
section. Notice shall include any information needed to convey:

(i) eligibility;

(ii) filing deadlines;

(iii) applicable limitations; and

(iv) contact information for application
forms.
