After making the distributions required under [§§ 2-614] §§
2-613 through 2-618 of this subtitle, the Comptroller shall
distribute the remaining income tax revenue from corporations to
the General Fund of the State.

Error: Erroneous cross-reference in § 2-619 of the
Tax - General Article.

2-1602.

After making the [distributions] DISTRIBUTION required under
§ 2-1601 of this subtitle, the Comptroller shall distribute 3/13
of the remaining tobacco tax revenue to the General Fund of the
State.

Error: Incorrect word usage in § 2-1602 of the Tax -
General Article.

5-201.

(b) Each manufacturer and each wholesaler shall complete,
under oath, and file with the Comptroller an alcoholic beverage
tax return:

(1) on or before the 10th day of the month that
follows the month in which:

(iii) a manufacturer that brews malt
[beverages] BEVERAGES, under a Class 7 Baltimore City
micro-brewery license, transfers the malt beverages for
consumption off the micro-brewery licensed premises in accordance
with federal alcohol tax laws and regulations; and

Error: Omitted punctuation in § 5-201(b)(1)(iii) of
the Tax - General Article.
