(iii) Subject to the provisions of subparagraph
(ii) OF THIS PARAGRAPH, all spaces, interior partitions, and
other fixtures and improvements within the boundaries of a unit
are a part of the unit.

(5) The percentage interests appurtenant to each unit
as provided in § 11-107 OF THIS TITLE; and

(b) The information required by [subsection (a), paragraphs
(2) through (4)] SUBSECTION (A)(2) THROUGH (4) OF THIS SECTION
may be incorporated in the declaration by reference to the
condominium plat.

(b) The bylaws shall express at least the following
particulars:

(5) A statement of the statutory duty that the
council of units owners has under § ll-119(d) of this [article]
TITLE.

(e) (2) Each particular set forth in subsection (b) OF THIS
SECTION shall be expressed in the bylaws as amended. An
amendment shall be entitled to be recorded if accompanied by a
certificate of the person specified in the bylaws to count votes
at the meeting of the council of unit owners that the amendment
was approved by unit owners having the required percentage of the
votes and shall be effective on recordation. This certificate
shall be conclusive evidence of approval.
