Error: Obsolete terminology and the omission of a
Board in § 2-106(a) of the Health - General Article.

Occurred: Ch. 109, Acts of 1988 failed to add the
Board of Physician Quality Assurance to the list
contained in § 2-106(a) of the Health - General
Article when creating the Board. Ch. 758, Acts of 1988
failed to change the names of certain units listed in
§ 2-106(a) of the Health - General Article to reflect
the consolidation of the Alcohol Control
Administration and the Drug Abuse Administration and
the creation of the State Advisory Council on Alcohol
and Drug Abuse.
