(9)  Wages, salaries, or commission for services
performed for the decedent within three months prior to death of
the [decedent.] DECEDENT;

(10)  Old age assistance claims under [§ 77 of Article
88A.] ARTICLE 88A, § 77 OF THE CODE; AND

(11)  All other claims.

13-406.

(e) In its order upon a petition, the court may direct the
institution where the funds of the minor are on deposit to make
its check to the order [of] OF:

(1)  The trustee for the use of the [minor,] MINOR; or

(2)  The person, firm, or organization which has
performed or is to perform a service for or furnish goods to the
minor.

13-709.

(d) The petition for an emergency order shall set forth the
name, address, and interest of the petitioner; the name, age, and
address of the person in need of protective services; the nature
of the person's disability, if determinable; the proposed
protective services; the petitioner's reasonable belief, together
with facts supportive thereof, as to the existence of the [fact]
FACTS stated in subsection (b)(1) through (3) above; and facts
showing petitioner's attempts to obtain the person's consent to
the services and the outcomes of such attempts.
