WILLIAM DONALD SCHAEFER, Governor Ch. 3 (II) THE DATE BY WHICH THE BOARD MUST RECEIVE (III) THE AMOUNT OF THE RENEWAL FEE. (C) APPLICATIONS FOR RENEWAL. BEFORE A LICENSE EXPIRES, THE LICENSEE PERIODICALLY MAY (1) OTHERWISE IS ENTITLED TO BE LICENSED; (2) PAYS TO THE BOARD A RENEWAL FEE NOT EXCEEDING (3) SUBMITS TO THE BOARD A RENEWAL APPLICATION ON THE (D) ISSUANCE OF RENEWAL. THE BOARD SHALL RENEW THE LICENSE OF EACH LICENSEE WHO MEETS (E) GRACE PERIOD. AN ARCHITECT HAS A GRACE PERIOD OF 30 DAYS AFTER THE (1) OTHERWISE IS ENTITLED TO HAVE THE LICENSE (2) PAYS THE RENEWAL FEE TO THE BOARD.
