10-205.

(a)  In this section, "the Maryland Institute for Emergency
Medical Services Systems" means the State emergency services
program described in [§ 13-110(c)] § 13-103(C) of the Education
Article.

(b)  Records, reports, statements, notes, or information
assembled or obtained by the State Department of Health and
Mental Hygiene, the Maryland Commission to Study Problems of Drug
Addiction, the Medical and Chirurgical Faculty or its allied
medical societies, the Maryland Institute for Emergency Medical
Services [Systems] SYSTEMS, an in-hospital staff committee, or a
national organized medical society or research group that are
declared confidential by § 4-102 of the Health - General Article
or § 14-602 of the Health Occupations Article, are not admissible
in evidence in any proceeding.

(c)  An employee or agent of any of the organizations listed
in [subsection (a)] SUBSECTION (B) OF THIS SECTION may not be
compelled to divulge any such record, report, statement, note, or
information in this connection.
