11.

(a) (3) The manner in which appeals to the hearing
examiners and the Board of Appeals shall be presented, and the
procedures governing such appeals shall be in accordance with the
rules or regulations prescribed by the Board of Appeals pursuant
to their authority as outlined in § 7(g) [herein] OF THIS
ARTICLE.

20.

As used in this article, unless the context clearly requires
otherwise:

(g) (9) (i) "Employment" does not include service performed
by a full-time student as defined in subparagraph (ii) of this
paragraph in the employ of an organized camp if [such camp]:

1. A. The camp did not operate for more
than 7 months in the calendar year and did not operate for more
than 7 months in the preceding calendar year; or

B. The camp had average gross receipts
for any 6 months in the preceding calendar year which were not
more than 33 1/3 percent of its average gross receipts for the
other 6 months in the preceding calendar year; and

2.  The full-time student performed
services in the employ of [such] THE camp for less than 13
calendar weeks in such calendar year.
