14-1501.

(c) (1) "Motor vehicle" means a vehicle that is registered
in this State as a:

(i) Class A (passenger) vehicle;

(ii) Class E (truck) vehicle with a 3/4 ton or
less manufacturer's rated capacity; or

(iii) Class M (multipurpose) [vehicle; and]
VEHICLE.

(2) "Motor vehicle" does not include a motor home.
For the purpose of administering this [section] SUBTITLE, the
Motor Vehicle Administration shall promulgate a regulation
defining a motor home.

(b) (1) "Credit services business" means any person who,
with respect to the extension of credit by others, sells,
provides or performs, or represents that such person can or will
sell, provide, or perform, any of the following services in
return for the payment of money or other valuable consideration:

(iii) Providing advice or assistance to a
consumer with regard to either subparagraph (i) or (ii) of this
[subsection] PARAGRAPH.
