(b)  "Agency" means the Juvenile Services Agency.

(c)  "County" means a county of this State and, unless
expressly provided otherwise, Baltimore City.

(d)  "Director" means the Director of the Juvenile Services
Agency.

(e)  "Person" means an individual, receiver, trustee,
guardian, personal representative, fiduciary, or representative
of any kind and any partnership, firm, association, corporation,
or other entity.

(f)   "State" means:

(1)  A state, possession, or territory of the United
States;

(2)  The District of Columbia; or

(3)  The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.

(g)  "State Advisory Board" means the State Advisory Board
for Juvenile Services.

TITLE 2. JUVENILE SERVICES AGENCY
2-101.

(a)  There is a Juvenile Services Agency established as a
unit of State government.

(b)  It is the policy of the State that the Agency comply
with the provisions of § 3-802 of the Courts and Judicial
Proceedings Article.
