THE TAX COURT SHALL APPOINT A CLERK. (B) SALARY. THE CLERK IS ENTITLED TO THE SALARY PROVIDED IN THE STATE (C) DUTIES. (1) THE CLERK SHALL HAVE CUSTODY OF AND KEEP AS A (I) A DOCKET THAT IS A FULL AND ACCURATE RECORD (II) A FILE OF ALL THE PLEADINGS AND EXHIBITS (2) THE CLERK SHALL ISSUE A SUBPOENA AS REQUIRED (3) THE CLERK SHALL PERFORM OTHER DUTIES THAT THE TAX (D) OATHS.
