(b) (1) A new, separate license,   called a "special Sunday

license," may be issued countywide     by the board of license

commissioners upon request of any     holder of the following
licenses:

(i) Class B [beer] BEER;

(ii) Class B beer, wine and [liquor] LIQUOR;

(iii) Class C [beer] BEER; AND

(iv) Class C beer, wine and [liquor] LIQUOR.

40.

(i) In Harford County, if the application is made for a
corporation, whether incorporated or unincorporated:

(4) Paragraph (3) of this subsection relating to
resident [applicants, apply] APPLICANTS APPLIES to any license
issued or transferred after July 1, 1984.

41.

(a) No more than one license provided by this article,
except by way of renewal, shall be issued in any county or
Baltimore City, to any person, or for the use of any partnership,
corporation or unincorporated association, in Baltimore City or
any county of the State, and no more than one license shall be
issued for the same premises except as provided in §§ 5 and 6 and
nothing herein shall be construed to apply to subsections (b) and
(c) of § 25[, subsection (e) of § 28] or to § 121, (pertaining to
special music or dancing licenses for Anne Arundel County), of
this article.
