On occasion, the term "licensee"     is used in this

subtitle to refer to a holder of any  of the licenses

included in the definition of a   "license" in this
subsection.

(G) LICENSED RETAILER.

"LICENSED RETAILER" MEANS A RETAILER LICENSED BY THE CLERK
OF A CIRCUIT COURT UNDER § 613(B) OF THIS SUBTITLE TO ENGAGE IN
THE BUSINESS OF A CIGARETTE RETAILER.

(H) LICENSED SUBWHOLESALER.

"LICENSED SUBWHOLESALER" MEANS A SUBWHOLESALER WHO IS
LICENSED BY THE COMPTROLLER UNDER § 613(A) OF THIS SUBTITLE TO
ENGAGE IN THE BUSINESS OF A CIGARETTE SUBWHOLESALER.

SUBTITLE TO ENGAGE IN THE BUSINESS OF A CIGARETTE VENDING MACHINE
OPERATOR.
