AN ACT to amend Chapter 225 of the Wicomico County Code,
titled "ZONING", amending the map entitled "Wicomico County
Zoning Map", referred to in Section 76 of said Chapter, to rezone
certain property on the Southerly side of Old Ocean City Road,
also known as Maryland Route 356, and on the Easterly side of and
binding upon Guilford Avenue, and binding on said Guilford Avenue
for a distance of 82.07 feet and adjoining the land now or
formerly owned by William and Carolyn Carroll and Howard and
Margie Massey on the South for a distance of 139.19 feet, and
adjoining on the West property now or formerly owned by Melvin
and Elsie Mertz a distance of 82.02 feet, and bound on the North
by a property belonging to The Bank of Delmar, from Residential
