AN EMERGENCY ACT concerning

On-Street Parking Restrictions During Snow and
Ice Emergencies or Other Emergency Conditions

FOR the purpose of authorizing restricted parking in order
to provide clear access for the removal of snow and elimination
of ice hazards from County maintained roads or during other
emergency conditions.

Salary Plan

FOR the purpose of providing that the Salary Plan may
include provisions relating to the establishment of anniversary
dates, entitlement to longevity increases, salary rates upon
promotion or demotion, accumulation of annual leave, disability
leave and death benefits.
