AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the
purpose of

allowing dancing in eating and drinking
establishments, in the C-1 and C-4 zones under
certain circumstances.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery
County Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 59 of the Montgomery
County Code:

Section 59-C-4.2 Land Uses

Effective Date July 13, 1987.

criteria for determining when a basement counts
as a story.

Amending the height limit for main buildings in
