HOWARD COUNTY

Howard County Code in order to update the classification and pay
grade system for county employees by deleting, adding and
revising various classifications and pay grades.

Effective Date July 27, 1987.

BILL NO. 72

AN ACT amending Section 15.509 "Provisions governing
easements acquired" of the Howard County Code to permit the
current owner of land on which the County owns development rights
to construct a dwelling for his/her personal use under certain
conditions.

Effective Date February 8, 1988.

BILL NO. 73

AN ACT increasing the number of members of the Historic
District Commission to seven.

[Amending § 16-601 of the Howard County Code]

Effective Date February 8, 1988.

BILL NO. 74

AN ACT to add Section 18.124 (dM) to Title 18 "Public Works"
of the Howard County Code to incorporate into the Metropolitan
District certain parcel(s) belonging to The Arundel Corporation.

Effective Date February 8, 1988.

BILL NO. 75

AN ACT amending Section 1.302 of the Howard County Code in
order to change the classification and pay grade for County
Council Aides.

Effective Date February 8, 1988.
