AN ACT to repeal Article VI, heading, Mental Health Advisory
Board, and Article XII, heading, Advisory Council on Drug Abuse,
and to enact new Article VI, heading, Mental Health and
Addictions Advisory Council, all of Part 2, heading, Nonbinding
Advisory Boards, of Chapter 9, heading, Boards, Commissions,
Councils and Agencies, of the Harford County Code, as amended; to
establish the Mental Health and Addictions Advisory Council; to
establish the Council's membership, powers, and duties; and
generally relating to the Mental Health and Addictions Advisory
Council.

Effective Date January 4, 1988.

Bill No. 87-49

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Subsection
C.(2)(g) of Section 267-36, heading, Rl, R2, R3 and R4 Urban
Residential Districts, of Article VI, heading, District
Regulations, of Chapter 267, heading, Zoning, of the Harford
County Code, as amended; to provide for building block wall
distances for townhouses and other than townhouses in Urban
Residential Districts; and generally relating to zoning.

Effective Date January 4, 1988.

Bill No. 87-50 (as amended)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, without amendment, Section
209.2, Use Group R-l Structures, and Section 209.3, Use Group R-2
Structures, of the BOCA Basic Building Code, Seventh Edition,
1978, as adopted and made part of the Harford County Code by Bill
No. 79-52; to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Subsection
B.(40) of add Subsection B.(40).l to Section 82-2, Modifications,
of Article I, Adoption of Standards, of Chapter 82, Building
Construction, all part of the Harford County Code, as amended; to
require residential sprinkler fire extinguishing systems in
certain new multiple-family dwellings, hotels, motels,
dormitories, boarding houses, and lodging houses on which
