COUNTY LOCAL LAWS

County Council of any lease of County real property for more than
one year; authorizing the County Director of Procurement to adopt
regulations to implement the provisions of this Act; and

Table VI, heading, Design Requirements for Specific Uses R3 Urban
Residential District, Table VII, heading, Design Requirements for
Specific Uses R4 Urban Residential District, Table VIII, heading,
Design Requirements for Specific Uses VR Village Residential
District, Table IX, heading, Design Requirements for Specific
Uses VB Village Residential District, Table X, heading, Design
Requirements for Specific Uses Bl Neighborhood District, Table
XI, heading, Design Requirements for Specific Uses B2 Community
Business District, Table XII, heading, Design Requirements for
Specific Uses B3 General Business District, Table XIII, heading,
Design Requirements for Specific Uses CI Commercial Industrial
District, Table XIV, heading, Design Requirements for Specific
Uses GI General Industrial District, Table XV, heading, Design
Requirements for Specific Uses ORI Office/Research Industrial
District, of Section 267-31, heading, General Provisions, of
Article VI, heading, District Regulations, all of Chapter 267,
heading, Zoning, of the Harford County Code, as amended, to amend
the design standards and requirements for public utility
facilities and to establish buffer years requirements with respect
thereto. AND SEWAGE PUMPING STATIONS AND TO ESTABLISH BUFFER
YARD REQUIREMENTS WITH RESPECT THERETO, TO PROVIDE THAT PUBLIC
UTILITY FACILITIES AND SEWAGE PUMPING STATIONS ARE PRINCIPAL
PERMITTED USES IN THE ORI DISTRICT, AND TO PROVIDE THAT THE
PROVISIONS OF THIS BILL SHALL NOT APPLY TO THE EXPANSION OF
SEWAGE PUMPING STATIONS EXISTING AS OF THE DATE OF ENACTMENT OF
THIS BILL.

Effective Date November 16, 1987.
