heading, Licensing of Trailer Camps and Mobile Home Parks, of
Chapter 173, heading, Mobile Homes and Trailers, of the Harford
County Code, as amended; to provide for penalty charges for
delinquent excise taxes for trailer, coach, or mobile home
spaces.

Effective Date July 13, 1987.

General Provisions, of Chapter 105, heading, Electricity, of the
Harford County Code, as amended; to provide for the 1987 Edition
of the National Fire Protection Association, Electrical Section,
to be adopted as the Harford County Electrical Code.

Effective Date July 13, 1987.

123-43, heading, Credits for Aged and Handicapped Persons; Other
Tax Credits, of Article II, heading, Real Property Tax Credits,

County Code, as amended; to provide for an agricultural land tax
credit.
