County Auditor

FOR the purpose of establishing implementing procedures for
operational and performance audits which may be conducted by the
County Auditor as assigned and directed by the County Council;
requiring that certain records, files and facilities be open to
the auditor; requiring written audit reports; requiring a written
response from the auditee; requiring cooperation with the
Auditor; and generally relating to audits conducted by the County
Auditor.
