AN ACT concerning

Capital Revolving Financing Fund
Volunteer Fire, Ambulance and Rescue Companies

FOR the purpose of authorizing the Capital Revolving
Financing Fund established by § 12-21 of the Baltimore County
Code to make loans, from proceeds of general obligation bonds, to
qualified volunteer, fire, ambulance and rescue companies for
financing land acquisition and construction costs, including
architectural fees, engineering fees and related costs,
associated with the construction of buildings and additions for
corporate activities of such companies.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments

and

property in the County to display address numbers on the property
in a certain manner; providing penalties for noncompliance; and
providing enforcement procedures.
