AN ACT concerning

Wireless Transmitting or Receiving Facilities

FOR the purpose of amending the Baltimore County Zoning
Regulations in order to regulate the location of radio and
television towers and other wireless transmission or receiving
facilities by permitting such facilities by right under specified
conditions in certain zones and by special exception in certain
zones; and generally relating to the location of wireless
transmitting or receiving facilities in Baltimore County and
providing exceptions to certain of the regulations.
