AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE concerning

Urban Renewal - Glen Burnie

FOR the purpose of conditioning the issuance of certain
permits and certificates on compliance with certain provisions of
the Glen Burnie Urban Renewal Ordinance and Plan; establishing an
Advisory Board for the Glen Burnie Urban Renewal Area; providing
for the submission of certain plans in the Glen Burnie Commercial
Revitalization Areas and providing for the review of those plans;
clarifying the design standards applicable in Glen Burnie
Commercial Revitalization Areas; providing for the granting of
modifications by the Urban Renewal Administrator; and generally
relating to commercial revitalization areas in the Glen Burnie
Urban Renewal Area.
