Mayo Water Reclamation Subdistrict

FOR the purpose of establishing the Mayo Water Reclamation
Subdistrict; establishing certain charges and assessments for
water and wastewater in the Mayo Water Reclamation Subdistrict;
providing for the adoption of rules and regulations by the
Director of Utilities; providing for allocation of wastewater
capacity in the Mayo Water Reclamation Subdistrict; and generally
relating to the Mayo Water Reclamation Subdistrict and water and
wastewater utilities.
