Personnel - Pensions

FOR the purpose of clarifying the definition of service in
the Retirement Plan for Appointed and Elected Officials and the
Executive Pay and Benefit Plan; providing for additional credited
service under that Retirement Plan; amending certain provisions
pertaining to the contingent annuitant option and death benefits
under that Retirement Plan; generally relating to Appointed and
Elected Officials; and permitting the crediting of certain
military service for employees under the Employees' Retirement
Plan.
