RESOLUTION NO. 88-1

WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council of the Town of Rock Hall have
deemed it necessary to amend the town Charter.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that Section 1009
entitled Extension Beyond Boundaries of Article X entitled Water
and Sewers be amended as follows:
