CHARTER AMENDMENT NO. 109-88-1
RESOLUTION of The Commissioners of Cambridge, Maryland,
adopted pursuant to the authority of Art. 11E of the Constitution
of Maryland and Sec. 13 of Art. 23A of the Annotated Code of
Maryland, 1957, Ed., as amended, entitled "Corporations
Municipal" to amend the Charter of the Commissioners of Cambridge
by repealing Sec. 3-39, entitled "Tax Exemptions for
Manufactories" of Chapter 3 of the Public Local Laws of
Dorchester County, 1974 Ed., to remove said section from the
Charter of the City of Cambridge.
[Section(s) 3-39 of the Charter of the City of Cambridge,
Dorchester County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed.
Effective Date February 29, 1988]
CHARTER AMENDMENT NO. 110-88-2
RESOLUTION of The Commissioners of Cambridge, Maryland,
adopted pursuant to the authority of Art. 11E of the Constitution
of Maryland and Section 13 of Art. 23A of the Annotated Code of
Maryland, 1957, Ed., as amended, entitled "Corporation-Municipal"
to amend the Charter of The Commissioners of Cambridge by
repealing and reenacting with amendment Section 3-34, entitled
"Abatement of Taxes" of Chapter 3 of the Public Local Laws of
Dorchester County, 1974 Ed., to amend the same by allowing
abatement and exemption of both taxes and charges of the City of
Cambridge.

Dorchester County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.
