2-616. TO GENERAL FUND.

AFTER MAKING THE DISTRIBUTIONS REQUIRED UNDER §§ 2-613
THROUGH 2-615 OF THIS SUBTITLE, FROM THE REMAINING INCOME TAX
REVENUE FROM CORPORATIONS, THE COMPTROLLER SHALL DISTRIBUTE
$30,928,000 TO THE GENERAL FUND OF THE STATE.

2-617. TO TRANSPORTATION TRUST FUND.

AFTER MAKING THE DISTRIBUTIONS REQUIRED UNDER §§ 2-613
THROUGH 2-616 OF THIS SUBTITLE, FROM THE REMAINING INCOME TAX
REVENUE FROM CORPORATIONS, THE COMPTROLLER SHALL DISTRIBUTE
MONTHLY THE FOLLOWING PERCENTAGES:

(1)  16% TO THE GASOLINE AND MOTOR VEHICLE REVENUE
ACCOUNT IN THE TRANSPORTATION TRUST FUND; AND

(2)  16% TO THE TRANSPORTATION REVENUE SHARING ACCOUNT
IN THE TRANSPORTATION TRUST FUND.

2-618. LIMITED DISTRIBUTION TO TRANSPORTATION TRUST FUND.

(A) DISTRIBUTION.

AFTER MAKING THE DISTRIBUTIONS REQUIRED UNDER §§ 2-613
THROUGH 2-617 OF THIS SUBTITLE, FROM THE REMAINING INCOME TAX
REVENUE FROM CORPORATIONS, THE COMPTROLLER SHALL DISTRIBUTE TO
THE TRANSPORTATION TRUST FUND:

(1) $2,500,000 ON A CUMULATIVE MONTHLY BASIS
BEGINNING IN JANUARY, 1987 AND CONTINUING THROUGH JUNE, 1988; AND
